A clear example of how Russia violates international humanitarian law

Humanity has lost millions of innocent lives before realizing that war requires rules that must be followed by all.
Since 1864, when the first Geneva Convention for the Amelioration of the Condition of the Wounded on the Battlefield was adopted, wars have been governed by the "laws and customs of war." The laws and customs of war form the basis of one of the most important branches of international law - international humanitarian law. Almost all states of the world are parties to the most famous four Geneva Conventions (in the field of international humanitarian law) of 1949. This is how states recognize the world order and their belonging to civilization.
At the same time, there are states that do not comply with these laws, even though they are binding on them. Russia is one of these states.
We are telling you and showing you examples of how the occupying power blatantly violates the rules of war in Ukraine.
