It should be noted that the state authorities that collect information on Ukrainian citizens detained by the Russian Federation include, in particular, the National Information Bureau (NIB) and the Joint Center for Coordination of the Search and Release of Persons Illegally Deprived of Liberty as a Result of the Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation under the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).
